Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. Anything we discuss before a signed agreement, including indicative budgets or timelines, is an estimate rather than an offer.

No guarantee of results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including advertising platform policies, auction competition, search engine algorithms, your pricing and your team's ability to follow up on leads. We describe what we have achieved and what is realistic, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, cost per lead, volume of enquiries or revenue.

Advertising spend is paid directly to the platforms and is separate from our fees. You retain ownership of your advertising accounts and the data in them.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logo and code of dodgrowth.com belong to DOD or its licensors. Case studies, figures and written material may not be reproduced without written permission.

This site links to third-party platforms and profiles. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their handling of your data.

Limitation of liability
